Beth Hart brings two guest musicians on Winter Tour 2012
01-25-2012   13:11

Josh GoochThe 21-year old American guitarist Josh Gooch is the first of the two guest musicians we would like to introduce to you. Josh began playing when he was thirteen years old. He quickly became addicted to the guitar and considers playing the guitar a passion, not a job. Within three years, Josh recorded his first major work for the legendary producer of The Allman Brothers Band, Johnny Sandlin on the Highly Kind album, Don't Wake Albert. He then followed up with a stint on Bonnie Bramlett's latest Gospel album. In 2009 Josh beat out over 4000 guitar players to reach the national final of Guitar Center's King Of The Blues.

Josh recently toured Japan with Japanese superstar Koshi Inaba. Koshi is the singer for B'z, one of the best selling Japanese bands in history. Having sold over 100 million records they were the first and only Asian band to be inducted in Hollywood's Rockwalk. Josh recently recorded with Grammy winning producer Ross Hogarth, Tony "The Fretless Monster" Franklin who has worked with Jimmy Page and Paul Rodgers and Greg Bissonette (Ringo Starr, Santana). In late 2011, Josh completed a clinic tour in Thailand and Japan, as well as co-headlining the Bangkok Music Fair.

Beth Hart Band %26 Will MaasThe second musician we would like to introduce to you is the Dutch hammond and keyboard player Will Maas. Will joined Beth and her band for the first time last December when she toured in Holland. He was also there for the show at Dingwalls in London.

Will is a well respected Dutch musician and has won an award (a "Duiveltje") for best keyboard player. He has played with several big names in the Dutch music industry like Marco Borsato, Nick and Simon, Alain Clark and Wende Snijders. He has been Ilse DeLange's keyboard player for the past ten years. Will also teaches at the Rock Academy in Tilburg.

Beth and the band are thrilled to be bringing these talented musicians on this upcoming Winter Tour!
